Apple Stuffed Acorn Squash
1 acorn Squash, halved
1 apple, diced
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup cashews or walnuts
2 tbsp grass-fed butter
2 tsp maple syrup
Salt to taste
1 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place squash, cut side up, on baking dish and fill with apple, nuts, seeds, butter and maple syrup.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and pinch of salt.

Cook for approximately 1 hour or until squash is tender and easy pulls apart with fork.
