Strawberry Banana Bread

Ingredients:
• 1 banana
• 1/3 cup coconut flour
• 1 cup almond flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/3 cup honey (or sweetener of choice)
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Place strawberries and coconut milk in food processor and pulse enough to chop strawberries into small chunks. You can also simply chop the strawberries into small pieces.

2. Place all ingredients into large bowl and mix well.

Red Wine Steak Stir Fry

So, I was in the mood for some steak stir fry the other night but wasn't in the mood for that typical soy sauce flavor. I decided to grab the bottle of organic red I had sitting on the counter to see what I could come up with. The result was this simple, super flavorful, savory and slightly sweet creation.
