Banana-Chocolate Pudding

• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
• 2 tbsp. cocoa or raw cacao powder
• 1 tbsp. maple syrup

In food processor, blend bananas and melted coconut oil until smooth. Add cocoa and maple syrup and continue blending until smooth.

Pour pudding into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
