Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 1/2 cups canned coconut milk
• 1/2 cup maple syrup
• 2 pasture raised eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt

Brownie Batter
• 1 bar dark chocolate ( about 3 oz.)
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

• 1/3 cup coconut flour
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tbps butter, melted
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/4 cup chocolate chip
• 1/2  cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp coconut sugar


Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.

Drop a tablespoon size ball of cookie dough on parchment paper line cookie sheet.

Strawberry Banana Bread

• 1 banana
• 1/3 cup coconut flour
• 1 cup almond flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/3 cup honey (or sweetener of choice)
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Place strawberries and coconut milk in food processor and pulse enough to chop strawberries into small chunks. You can also simply chop the strawberries into small pieces.

Sometimes you have tragedies in the kitchen: Your broth doesn’t gel up, you run out of coconut flour and it’s pancake Sunday, or you drop your last piece of bacon.

Sometimes your coffee maker malfunctions and you end up with an extra cup of coffee. Okay, not really a tragedy but that did happen earlier this week. I turned this minor mishap into a happy accident by developing this absolutely incredible recipe for grain-free coffee crumb cake.

Gingerbread Man Cookies

Ingredients :

3 cups of fine ground almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup black strap molasses
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut milk
1 egg
4 tbsp butter
2 cups of blanched almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
pinch of sea salt

Preheat oven to 350'F

Pumpkin Spice Cookies (egg free, grain free, dairy free)

1 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup salted almond butter
3 tbsp fresh ground flax meal
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup organic (non-GMO) brown sugar, packed (or 1/2 cup coconut sugar with 2 tbsp molasses)
1/ 2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
pinch sea salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix very well.

Scoop dough into golf-ball size onto greased cookie sheet. Press with a fork to flatten.

Primal Strawberry Ice Cream

• 1 Cup Raw Milk

• 1 Cup Raw Cream

   (Alt: 1 can coconut milk)

• 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

• 1/2 frozen organic strawberries, chopped

• 2 tsps. vanilla extract or 2 pods worth of vanilla beans

• Pinch of salt

• 4 pasture raised eggs (make sure you know your eggs since they are raw)

1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and blend well with electric mixer.

Banana-Chocolate Pudding

• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
• 2 tbsp. cocoa or raw cacao powder
• 1 tbsp. maple syrup

In food processor, blend bananas and melted coconut oil until smooth. Add cocoa and maple syrup and continue blending until smooth.

Pour pudding into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Coconut Chocolate Macrons

Coconut Flour Macrons

• 4 egg whites
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup coconut flour
• 3 oz. dark chocolate
• pinch of sea salt

Preheat oven to 330 degrees.

Combine egg whites and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Use blender to whip egg whites until it peaks or stays put when you turn the bowl on it's side.

Add pinch of salt and shift and fold in coconut flour until well mixed.
