No Grain "Granola" Cereal

I'm always searching for something different for breakfast. I mean, not even I like to eat bacon everyday.

And while I always say, breakfast food doesn't have to look like "breakfast" food. There's nothing wrong with eating chicken or steak for breakfast.

Still, sometimes we just want something different or at least something that resembles a good ol' breakfast cereal. So, I came up with some grain-free "granola." Enjoy!



1 cup coconut flakes
• 1/2 cup chopped cashews
• 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 tbsp. coconut sugar (optional)
• 1 tsp. cinnamon

Simply combine all ingredient except coconut sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl for storage.

Serve about 1 cup of mix with a dash of cinnamon and coconut sugar. Enjoy with milk of choice or by the handful for a snack.
