Super Berry Cobbler [gluten-free, grain-free]

Happy Mother's Day to all you amazing Mamas out there!
My wife and I feel very blessed to be celebrating her second official Mama's Day with our awesome little man.
Today we're spending time with our families and there are
lots of flowers, sunshine, pancakes and this amazing recipe for Berry Cobbler. I wanted to share this with you quick before we head out for the day.
(This is a large recipe for about 12 servings. You can easily half this for smaller gatherings.)
• 6 cups of mixed berries (fresh or frozen). We used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
• 2 1/2 cups almond four
• 7 tbsp. butter, melted
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
For crumb topping:
In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
For berry "filling:"
Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and place berries in dish. Pour in maple syrup and mix until berries are coated. Spread berries evenly.
Cover berries with crumb topping and bake for about 30 minutes.
Enjoy warm with some
homemade ice cream!
