The Punk Report Episode 1: Monsanto Sues Vermont Over Labeling Law

June 20, 2014
Recently, the state of Vermont responded to overwhelming public demand and passed the nations first-ever, no-strings-attached labeling law for Genetically Modified Food.

Monsanto and lobbyist groups lead by the
Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) has filed a law suit claiming the law is unconstitutional and other such nonsense.

I secured a copy of the actual lawsuit because I'm awesome (and it's a public document) and go over some of the ridiculousness in the document.

Get involved. Help Vermont fight this battle.

So, here's me interviewing an actual thyroid (not really) to try and get to the bottom of things. Watch the video, then head o...

Adrenal Fatigue is one of those nebulous terms-- A catch all diagnosis with which the Internet loves to diagnose people.

It's similar to leaky gut or candida because there's a laundry list of symptoms that fit neatly under these headings.

However, all of these are very real health concerns and getting a diagnosis from Facebook Phd or Dr. Google is not the best course of action.

In this video I breakdown Adrenal Fatigue and why I don't like to use the term even when I have a test to back it up...

Q and A Friday: Why Did My Cholesterol Go UP on Paleo?

September 24, 2013

I'm back with a Q and A Friday video and this question comes from Allison who sent me this message via Facebook.

In the video below I discuss just a couple of the most likely reason someone might experience higher cholesterol after switching to a healthier diet.

Also, I cut the following info from the video to help keep it on the shorter side, but I feel like it's important for everyone to know.
